Wireless controllers consumer tremendous amount of batteries on a monthly basis – I happen to know because my wireless mouse and PS3 controller cost me a fortune for the batteries that it consumes every month. Nevertheless, if you are searching for controllers which help you save energy, then perhaps you should take a closer look at the SplitFish FragFX Shark controller.
Basically, the FragFX Shark controller can be used for the PS3, and it is also compatible with the PC and Mac as well. Also, it seems that the new power-saving mode helps gamers to save more energy, whereby the company claims that you can now have 50 hours of uninterruptible gameplay from a single AA battery. On the other hand, it seems that SplitFish is set to debut other controllers as well, such as the FragFX Piranha and FragFX Barracuda, but there isn’t much information on these controllers yet.
