Sony Files ITC Complaint About LG

Most of us know that tech giants constantly sue their competitors, as clearly, when you can’t win the game, you ought to get millions through the lawsuit instead. And just recently, it seems Sony has filed an ITC complaint against LG, whereby Sony alleged that LG has infringed at least 8 of their patents through the mobile devices. Generally, Sony mentioned that the LG Fathom, Xenon, Neon, Remarq, Rumor 2, Lotus Elite and VL600 LTE modem use the variable-bandwidth audio streams, hand-off cellular calls, and live-preview camera snapshots, in which all of these features are Sony’s intellectual property right. Surely, I’m sure money would definitely make the lawsuit go away – so will it be Sony getting the cash or perhaps LG has every right to counter sue Sony?
