Most of us know that tech giants constantly sue their competitors, as clearly, when you can’t win the game, you ought to get millions through the lawsuit instead. And just recently, it seems Sony has filed an ITC complaint against LG, whereby Sony alleged that LG has infringed at least 8 of their patents through the mobile devices.
Generally, Sony mentioned that the LG Fathom, Xenon, Neon, Remarq, Rumor 2, Lotus Elite and VL600 LTE modem use the variable-bandwidth audio streams, hand-off cellular calls, and live-preview camera snapshots, in which all of these features are Sony’s intellectual property right. Surely, I’m sure money would definitely make the lawsuit go away – so will it be Sony getting the cash or perhaps LG has every right to counter sue Sony?

Checks are one of the most versatile payment options, whereby countless of people use this particular method to pay for an assorted range of transactions. In fact, I normally issue checks to pay for my bills, loan installments, groceries, and even to pay for my household expenditures too. And judging by the fact that I have just ventured into a business startup, checks have become my favorite payment option, as I would use checks to issue payments to my suppliers, as well as to pay for the office rental too. Surely, I issue hundreds of checks on a monthly basis, and I don’t think that the checks issued by my bank can meet my monthly usage. Well this prompted me to search for a supplier that can print company checks, and I hope that the respective supplier can cut me a good deal for bulk purchases too. Based on my understanding, it seems there are printers who can print checks by the bulk, and the rates charged by the respective printer are somewhat reasonable too. But surely, what really enticed me about the respective service is the cost saving benefits, as I get to save hundreds of dollars in the process. |

Everyone is fighting for resources, and when it comes to raw materials, these materials are a necessity as it is the basic building blocks for the manufacturing sector. Nevertheless, China has always been one of the most active exporters of rare earth, whereby the earth contains elements that can be extracted and can be used for manufacturing processes.
In fact, China accounts for a whopping 97 percent of rare earth production, and it also seems that the country is trying to cut back their exports by at least 10 percent in 2011. Naturally, China is also one of the largest producers of consumers goods, and I’m sure they need these natural resources for their local industries too.

To tell you the truth, designing logos isn’t my forte, as clearly, the entire process requires tremendous amount of talent in editing graphics. However, I notice that there are so many logo designing software that are readily available in the market, whereby the respective software is so simple to use that even a novice can start designing logos almost instantaneously. Personally, I would prefer hiring a Logo Design Company to do the job for me instead, as I wouldn’t want to waste time learning how to create these logos. Also, these specialized companies have the necessary skills and resources to create beautiful logos, and I’m sure these logos would definitely reflect a good image of my company, which is extremely important. Normally, I would specify my logo requirements to the respective logo design company, and they would translate my requirements into an exact graphical representation. And quite frankly speaking, the logo design company that I have hired recently did a marvelous job in designing my logos. Furthermore, the rates charged by the company are somewhat reasonable too, which makes the entire transaction to be extremely worthwhile. Well I will be launching a new product soon, and hopefully, the logo company can help me design a good logo soon. |

Dell surely knows how to tighten their grip on their Android tablet, whereby it seems that the latest Dell tablet features a nifty Tegra-2 architecture. Generally, the latest Streak has a new model code of M01M, and M02M, whereby the latter will include WiFi Alliance’s certification too.
Surely, 7-inch might be too huge for a smartphone, but I have every reason to believe that Dell might also throw in a 10-inch version, which resembles the iPad. On the other hand, there are no notifications from Dell that they will upgrade the Streak to Streak 2, but I’m guessing that since this would be a new tablet by Dell, I’m sure such naming is extremely appropriate indeed.
